What makes Giesswein wool products unique?
We use 100% natural virgin wool and a unique 3D stretch technology to create breathable, temperature-regulating footwear and apparel that is soft enough to wear without socks.
How do I wash my Giesswein shoes?
Most of our wool shoes are machine washable. Simply remove the footbed, place the shoes in a mesh laundry bag, and use a wool cycle at 30°C (86°F). Let them air dry—do not tumble dry.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items in their original condition for a full refund or exchange.
